Short description
EmulLab brings camera scanning, negative conversion, non-destructive editing, organizing and export into one standalone Mac app. It’s free, processes everything on the Mac, and needs no account.
The story
Film photographers who scan with a digital camera often pass every roll through several applications: one to shoot, one to convert, one to edit, another to organize. EmulLab is one Mac app for the whole roll.
It converts color and black and white negatives and slides, reads the film base from the border, and can analyze a whole roll so its frames match. Edits live in a local catalog; the scans themselves are never changed.
